Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Academix application (the "Service") operated by Infologic International Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the Terms, then You may not access the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access the Service or parts of the Service.

• Application refers to Academix, the software program provided by the Company.

• Company refers to Infologic International Pvt. Ltd., located at Sanepa-2, Nepal.

• Country refers to Nepal.

• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

Use of Camera Permissions

Our Application may request access to Your device’s camera to provide certain features of the Service. By granting this permission, You agree to the collection and use of camera data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. You may disable camera access at any time through Your device settings. Please note that some features of the Service may be unavailable if You disable camera access.

Content

You are responsible for the content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your account, You may discontinue using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;

• Unauthorized access to or use of Your account;

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, You are no longer authorized to use the Service.
